Defender set for future decision

CharltonLinvoy Primus says he will decide where his future lies in the next two weeks but is happy to be playing football at Charlton.

The defender, who is on loan from Portsmouth, is delighted to be back playing on a regular basis following a career threatening knee injury last year but admits he does not know whether he is still wanted at Fratton Park.

"The big thing for me is that I am playing fairly regularly and I have a good relationship with all the players and the staff here," Primus told the South London Press.

"I spoke to Tony (Adams) when he took over to wish him all the best but we didn't speak about my situation. But he knows I am here and I have told him it's going really well. I am sure we will sit down soon and have a chat about it, but right now I'm probably bottom of his list of priorities!

"There are a lot of factors to weigh up for me and I have to think about what is right for myself, for Charlton and for Portsmouth. I lost a lot of time through injury last year and my main aim is to just play as much football as possible, for as long as I can."
