Crystal Palace have confirmed their interest in Charlton striker Andy Gray but admit they could be priced out of a move.

Palace are in the hunt for a new striker and Eagles boss Neil Warnock would like to link up with him again following their time together at Sheffield United.

The Addicks would also be keen to get him off the wage bill but that looks unlikely as Warnock says the player's personal terms would be too high even for them.

"I don't think we could afford him," Warnock told the South London Press. "His wages would be a problem for us."
