Charlton have signed Kyel Reid on loan from Sheffield United and he will go straight into the squad that takes on Tranmere.
The 23-year-old left winger will spend the rest of the season with the Addicks and is looking forward to helping the club push for promotion back to the Championship.
Reid told the club's official website: "I'm very happy to be here and I'm pleased Phil Parkinson has given me this opportunity," Reid told his club's official website.
"Kevin Blackwell, my manager at Sheffield United, said I could go out on loan, and once I heard Charlton were interested, I knew it was a good opportunity.
"This is a big club which is trying to get back where it belongs and hopefully I can do my bit."
