Charlton have secured the future of highly-rated defender Kelly Youga, who has penned a new three-year deal at the club.
The 22-year-old made just 13 appearances for the Addicks this season but impressed during a loan spell at Scunthorpe and boss Alan Pardew believes he has a bright future at The Valley.
Pardew is delighted to have secured his future and is now looking to nurture him into a quality player.
"Kelly's one of our up and coming young players and I have high hopes for him next season," Pardew told the club's official website. "He gained good experience this season so we're pleased to secure him for the next three years. Hopefully he can continue to develop."
