Angry Lampard eyes Inter move

ChelseaFrank Lampard is fuming with Luiz Felipe Scolari's comments that he wants to stay at Chelsea and a move to Inter Milan looks to be on.

Scolari said in his first press conference on Tuesday that Lampard wanted to stay at Stamford Bridge for many years, but now according to reports that is not the case and Lampard is rumoured to have had a huge bust up with chief executive Peter Kenyon over the comments.

"I met Frank Lampard on Monday and I spoke to him," said Scolari. "I like him too much as a player and as a person.

"I asked him if he wanted to stay at Chelsea, not only for this season but for more time. He told me after 15 minutes that he wants to stay and he wants to play for Chelsea for many years.

"I am very happy because I think Chelsea needs Lampard and he likes Chelsea. Now it's a minimum of questions to solve it. I think Lampard is with us for more time than one year."

Lampard has reportedly denied he said such things and now looks certain to push for a move to Inter Milan, who have already failed with one approach for the player.
