Chelsea have more injury concerns over goalkeeper Petr Cech after he suffered a broken finger against Newcastle.
The Chelsea number one has had a tough time on the injury front this season and only last month was forced to miss three games with a groin problem.
The Czech Republic ace is now facing another spell on the sidelines after scans showed he suffered a fractured finger in the 3-2 defeat at St James's Park.
Exactly how long he will be out for remains to be seen but he will definitely miss the Czech Republic's friendly against Turkey in Manisa on Wednesday.
National team head coach Michal Bilek said: "Petr is not flying with us."
