Chelsea have completed the signing of Manchester City striker Daniel Sturridge with a fee to be set by a tribunal.
The two sides could not agree a price for the out of contract 19-year-old who scored four times in 26 appearances last season and was voted City's young player of the year.
The fee will be set by a tribunal with some reports suggesting City will be looking for £5m for Sturridge who has signed a four year deal at Stamford Bridge.
Meanwhile Chelsea have dismissed a second offer from City for John Terry and have reiterated he is not for sale although that is unlikely to be the end of the matter as City believe they have a real chance of landing the England centre half.
