Diego Costa has confirmed he is leaving Atletico Madrid this summer and is on his way to Chelsea for a reported £32million.

Chelsea have matched the £32million asking price that activates a release clause in the player's contract, and it is also thought the striker has already undergone a medical.

There is still work to be done before a deal is completed and both Chelsea and Atletico have stayed tight lipped in regards to a potential move to Stamford Bridge.

However Costa has finally broken his silence, speaking after Spain's 2-0 friendly win against El Salvador he revealed a move to Chelsea is in the pipeline.

"Am I going to Chelsea? It looks like it," Costa told AS after the game.

Jose Mourinho has made no secret of his desire to sign a top quality striker this summer and the 25-year-old Costa has been top of his wanted list following a stunning season with Atletico.
