Thibaut Courtois says he is in the dark as to where he will be playing next season and knows nothing about a move to Real Madrid.
The goalkeeper is currently in his third season on loan at Atletico Madrid, where he has consistently impressed and earned a reputation as one of Europe's finest young goalkeepers.
Atletico are keen to sign the Belgium international permanently but Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho doesn't want to see Courtois leave as he views him as Petr Cech's long-term replacement.
However, the 21-year-old says he doesn't want to return to Stamford Bridge and play second fiddle to Cech, claiming he wants to be the number one for the Blues.
Chelsea's failure to guarantee him a starting spot has seemingly left Courtois' future in the balance and he claims he still doesn't know where he will be at the start of next season.
He told AS: "I do not want to rush and make a bad decision. We must still think about it. It is difficult with so many interested parties, plus it's not the only time to think about my future.
"I belong to Chelsea, I have a contract, and I do not have to rush to make a decision."
Recent reports have suggested Real Madrid could move for Courtois if he decides to leave Chelsea but the shot stopper says he has heard nothing from the Spanish giants.
"I've never heard of that - those are rumours. If someone in Europe wants to sign me they have to speak with Chelsea and the English club will decide what to do," he added.
