Chelsea midfielder Deco has stoked up the fire ahead of Sunday's massive clash against Arsenal and suggested the Gunners lack bottle.
The Gunners were crushed 3-0 at the Emirates at the end of November to seemingly end their title chances, only to put together a 10-game unbeaten streak to drag themselves back into contention.
However, a goalless draw at Aston Villa was followed by a 3-1 drubbing at home at the hands of title rivals Manchester United, has put the Gunners hopes of glory on the brink, and Deco thinks they do not have what it takes against the league's big boys.
The 32-year-old said: "Arsenal have a good squad but this season have failed in the big matches against United and us.
"That is the key when it comes to fighting for the title and perhaps the pressure and the anxiety of it all is damaging Arsenal's performance at decisive moments."
Deco is convinced of the impact of Sunday's match and believes a Chelsea win will result in a two-horse race to become champions.
He told the Sun: "Sunday's match is so important. It is certain that defeat for Arsenal will eliminate them as a rival for the title. If Arsenal are nine points behind us it's not just a matter of that distance but the question of morale."
