Drogba in no rush

ChelseaChelsea striker Didier Drogba has insisted he will only return from injury once he is fully fit to "give everything for the team".

The 30-year-old continued his rehabilitation from an ongoing knee injury with a run-out for Chelsea reserves in their 3-2 win over Arsenal on Monday.

The Ivory Coast international, who missed the pre-season tour to Asia and Russia as well as the start of the new campaign, has vowed he will not be rushed back.

"I had good feelings but it is a bit early to say I am in good shape," he said.

"It's hard as this is the first time for many years I have been out for three months and it is really difficult to come back. I need time but the good thing is the club understands this and knows that when I am, I will give everything for the team."
