Juventus have dismissed speculation about Antonio Conte and are confident he will remain their coach for a "long time to come".

It was the Juve boss himself that fuelled the rumour mill after hitting out at Italian football following Saturday's 2-0 win at Bologna with Conte unhappy at the reception his side gets throughout Serie A as well as the fact he was criticised for celebrating with his fans.

Conte hinted he could quit Italian football and head abroad, with Chelsea known to be considering a move for him at the end of the season as Rafa Benitez looks set to leave.

However, Juve director general Beppe Marotta believes it was a heat-of-the-moment reaction from Conte and said that he will remain in charge at the club.

"It was a post-match comment," Marotta told Radio Anch'io Lo Sport.

"Conte is a great coach and I hope he will remain at Juventus for a long time to come.

"I understand that not everyone is like Alex Ferguson, but I am convinced that we will have him with us for many more years."
