Kaka drops transfer hint

ChelseaAC Milan midfielder Kaka has opened the door for a move to Chelsea by declaring a wish to play in the Premiership.

The Brazil international, who is in England for Milan's Uefa Cup clash against Portsmouth at Fratton Park on Thursday, would attract a host of Europe's top clubs if the Italian giants were to agree to his sale.

Chelsea have been linked with a move for Kaka since Luiz Felipe Scolari took charge and now the player has fuelled the rumours by saying he would like to come to England.

Manchester City are also thought to be in the hunt after they landed fellow Brazilian Robinho from under the nose of Chelsea last summer and it looks as though another battle could be on the cards.

Kaka told Sky Sports News: "I know it is the best league in the world. So one day, maybe - I don't know when but it would be great to play in the Premier League."
