Key men set to miss out for Blues

Chelsea will again be missing John Terry at West Brom while other key men, Ashley Cole and Frank Lampard, remain doubtful.

Terry, who only returned from his four-game domestic suspension in last weekend's 1-1 draw with Liverpool, suffered what looked like a serious knee injury in the game and misses the Baggies trip.

The Blues remain hopeful that the former England star has not suffered a long-term setback and hope to have him available again soon.

Meanwhile, Cole, who has been nursing a hamstring problem, is still a doubt after he was unable to play last weekend and he also missed the Three Lions midweek defeat in Sweden with the problem.

Midfielder Lampard, who has a calf complaint, is also struggling to prove his fitness and may again miss out.

Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo will be hoping the midweek trip to the USA has not taken too much out of Brazilian duo Oscar and David Luiz, although he is likely to rotate his squad slightly for the game with one, or both, having to settle for a bench role.
