Kevin de Bruyne's agent insists Werder Bremen have not tried to make an offer to Chelsea to keep him beyond his loan deal.
Chelsea snapped up the 21-year-old Belgian international in January 2012 but he remained at his club Genk for the remainder of last season.
Blues officials approved his loan switch to Bundesliga outfit Werder on a season-long loan and, after an impressive first half of the season, he is scheduled to return to Stamford Bridge for the 2013-2014 season.
The Belgian international penned a five-and-a-half year deal 12 months ago but has yet to make an appearance for Chelsea, with rumours that Werder might try to make the loan deal a permanent fixture next summer.
But agent Patrick de Koster, while admitting that the youngster has been eyed by a number of top clubs, feels he will return to west London.
"Kevin de Bruyne is on loan at Werder Bremen. The fact is that he will return to Chelsea at the end of the campaign," he told Wolfsburger Nachrichten. "He has a contract going on at Stamford Bridge."
"It's great to know that Kevin de Bruyne is of interest to many clubs in the top leagues and I know that Klaus Allofs is a fan of him. We are definitely aware of that. But up to now we have not been discussing a transfer."
