Bayer Leverkusen general manager Rudi Voller has downplayed reports a deal has already been done for Andre Schurrle to go to Chelsea.
Reports on Wednesday were mixed following a meeting between Voller and newly-appointed Blues boss Mourinho, with some stating a move had stalled and others that terms had been agreed.
Voller has been tight-lipped regarding the extent of his talks with the Portuguese manager but has insisted no terms have been agreed so far.
He told Deutsche Presseagentur: "I cannot confirm a transfer agreement.
"Definitely, we have been in touch about it and we (Voller and Mourinho) have talked to each other about it. But there is nothing to reveal.
"There is interest in the services of Andre Schurrle from Chelsea FC, but we will have to keep on waiting the progress of those next few days."
