Shev off as Blues flash cash

ChelseaChelsea have confirmed Andriy Shevchenko is set to return to Milan as the Blues eye a reported £100m double deal for Robinho and Kaka.

Shevchenko arrived at Stamford Bridge for a British transfer record of £30m in 2006 but has struggled for first-team football through injury and loss of form, despite scoring on his debut in the Community Shield.

But he is poised to re-sign for the Rossoneri if he passes a medical to seal an emotional return to the San Siro.

Chelsea now plan to boost their squad under Luis Felipe Scolari by signing two Brazil stars in the shape of Kaka and Robinho.

Robinho has already spoken of his desire to quit Stamford Bridge while Shevchenko's move to Milan is seen as the opening move which will ultimately result in Kaka ending up in the Premier League.
