Swede back with Blues

Amin Affane admits he is delighted to be back at Chelsea after ending his loan spell with Eredivisie side Roda JC.

The 19-year-old Swede was sent out on a season-long loan to Parkstad Limburg Stadion and managed to secure plenty of playing time during the first half of the season.

However, he then fell down the pecking order back in February and has been a peripheral figure in recent weeks. Both clubs opted to end the loan and the midfielder is now back at Stamford Bridge and enjoying mixing with the first-team stars.

"I have had three training sessions," he told Fotbollskanalen.se. "It's nice to train with the A team. That is the level you need. I have met (Rafa) Benitez. He praised me after training."

And the Sweden Under-19 schemer also suggested that the reason he was allowed to return was due to a change in attitude of coach Ruud Brood once sporting director Gerard Wielaert left the club.

"He started to pick on me," he added. "We were struggling in the league and the coach was under pressure. I thought that was the reason.

"He gave me instructions on how to act defensively in Dutch, which I didn't understand. When I asked what he meant, he got angry."
