Coleman not in for Carlos

Coventry chairman Ray Ranson has slammed links with released Fulham defender Carlos Bocanegra as "totally untrue".

The USA star is looking for a new club but it appears unlikely he will be reunited with former Cottagers boss Chris Coleman at the Ricoh Arena next season.

Ranson told the Coventry Telegraph: "Chris (Coleman) has never once mentioned his name to me."
