Coventry City is closing in on a deal which would see QPR left back Damien Delaney move to the Sky Blues for £700,000

Coventry have been interested in Delaney for quite some time and now both QPR and the Blues have agreed a fee of 700,000 for the former Hull player. However the move can only be completed when QPR boss Jim Magilton is back from a coaching course next week.

The Sky Blues have also been linked with Leicester's Joe Mattock as well as Roy Keane's former Manchester United colleague Quinton Fortune.
