Defender injury blow

C PalaceCrystal Palace boss Neil Warnock has suffered an injury blow with the news that Danny Butterfield will be out for three weeks.

The right-back limped out of the recent defeat to Nottingham Forest and after scans on the problem it has been revealed he has a hamstring injury which will keep him out for up to three weeks.

The full-back is now likely to miss the matches against Coventry, Cardiff, Bristol City and Norwich City with the injury.

Warnock told the Advertiser: "Danny is likely to be out for around three weeks with the hamstring. It's a blow for us."

The news could see teenage right-back Nathanial Clyne given more first team game time.
