Victor Moses has completed his move to Wigan from Crystal Palace, according to the player's agent, for a fee in the region of £2.5m.
Moses' representative Tony Finnegan says the highly-rated forward is heading to the JJB Stadium on a three-and-a-half-year deal after passing a medical and agreeing personal terms.
Palace boss Neil Warnock revealed after Saturday's win over Peterborough that Moses was on the verge of sealing a Premier League switch.
Wigan boss Roberto Martinez is believed to have beaten off competition from the likes of Newcastle, Nottingham Forest, and West Brom for striker's services.
