Crystal Palace are ready to make a £2million move for Birmingham winger Nathan Redmond but face strong competition for his services.
The 19-year-old winger looks certain to leave the cash-strapped Blues this summer and Palace boss Ian Holloway sees him as the ideal replacement for Wilfried Zaha, who has joined Manchester United.
Manchester City's Abdisalam Ibrahim and West Brom forward Peter Odemwingie are also on Holloway's wanted list but it is Redmond that is believed to be his top target.
However there is no shortage of interest in the youngster with Swansea, Fulham and Norwich City all said to be weighing up moves for the England under-21 international.
Redmond now has to decide where he wants to play his football next season and Holloway will be hoping it is Selhurst Park.
