Palace's Soares hopes

Palace boss Neil Warnock expects Tom Soares to feature on next week's pre-season trip to Cornwall after a knee injury.

Soares has missed the three friendlies so far this summer but has been given an injection and will travel with the squad.

The Eagles face Tavistock on Monday night, Bodmin Town on Wednesday and then Truro City on Friday to conclude the Cornwall tour.

Meanwhile, Warnock has revealed he could look to sign two strikers before the start of the season.
