Norris to sharpen up Daggers

Last Updated: Fri, 24 Jan 2014 10:23

Luke Norris could make his Dagenham debut as Scunthorpe travel to Victoria Road.

The striker joined on loan from Brentford on Thursday and is expected to go straight into the squad as Wayne Burnett's side look to avoid a third consecutive defeat.

Fellow striker Dominic Samuel has returned to parent club Reading after suffering a knee injury while long-term absentees Billy Bingham (knee), Matt Saunders and Jordan Seabright (both ankle) remain on the sidelines.

Dagenham have won just one of their last seven Sky Bet League Two fixtures, which has seen them slip eight points adrift of the play-off places.
