Scott leaves Daggers

Dagenham striker Josh Scott has left the club by mutual consent.

The 28-year-old has just two goals to his name this season, having been plagued by injuries.

Daggers boss Wayne Burnett told the club's website: "I had a chat with Josh and we decided he needed to go and get some football as his chances would be limited here.

"I wish him all the very best. He's spent a lot of time at the club and given a good account of himself and has been unlucky with injury."

Scott joined the Daggers in 2009 and made a total of 112 appearances, scoring 23 goals.
