Duke delighted with Jewell reunion

DerbyNew Rams striker Nathan Ellington says he could not pass up the chance of working with Paul Jewell again.

The pair were together at Wigan and Ellington thrived under Jewell's leadership with 59 goals in 134 appearances and he is looking to repeat that effort.

He told the Derby Telegraph: "I'm really excited about this move and particularly looking forward to linking up again with Paul Jewell.

"It's no secret that the most successful period of my career was spent playing for him at Wigan Athletic.

"He got the best out of me then and when I came to see him the other week he told me he intended to get the best out me again and get me scoring goals again."
