Jewell wants tricky winger

Paul Jewell remains in the market for a wide player as he looks to add a 12th new signing to his Derby squad.

The Rams boss has been the busiest boss in the Championship this summer, already securing 11 new signings since the end of last season's campaign.

And the Pride Park manager has got his feelers out to find another - who he feels could be the last piece of the jigsaw.

"I am looking for another wide player," he told the club's official website.

"Someone who can give us a bit of pace and a trick.

"We are still looking to improve all areas of the squad."

The Derby manager warned that there could also be casualties in order to bring in new faces.

He added: "There might be some people who leave to enable some more to come in."
