Derby are looking to welcome back top scorer Theo Robinson to their starting line up when they take on Huddersfield on Saturday.
Rams boss Nigel Clough was without Robinson last weekend when they crashed out of the FA Cup in a fourth-round defeat to Blackburn Rovers.
Clough said: "Theo felt unwell last Friday and the doctor saw him and diagnosed tonsillitis straight away, so we were without him against Blackburn - which was a blow."
The 24-year-old returned to training though this week and is expecting to be in the squad on Saturday.
Robinson has scored nine times this season and will be hoping to get on the score-sheet at the weekend to end a poor run of form for the Rams, which has seem them win only once in their last six outings.
Derby take on a manager-less Huddersfield side, who recorded their first win in 13 Championship matches in midweek after beating promotion-chasing Crystal Palace 1-0.
