Defender pens Rovers deal

DoncasterDoncaster have been boosted by the news that Adam Lockwood has committed his future by penning a new deal at the club.

The defender, who played a key role in helping Rovers win promotion to the Championship via the play-offs last season, has penned a new two-year deal.

Boss Sean O'Driscoll is now expected to hand Lockwood the captain's armband at the Keepmoat Stadium following the departure of Graeme Lee to Bradford City.
