Boss Dean Saunders has no new injury worries for Doncaster's trip to fellow strugglers Bristol City.

Left-back Tommy Spurr is set to continue having impressed against Cardiff last weekend and suffered no reaction on his first appearance for four months following hip and hernia problems.

Midfielders John Oster (neck) and Martin Woods (groin) will push for a place in Saunders' line-up having recently returned to full fitness, as will defender Shelton Martis (groin).

Pascal Chimbonda is still three to four weeks away from returning after injuring a thigh muscle while stepping up training on his return from a hip flexor complaint.

Fellow defender George Friend is three months away from action due to a medial knee ligament injury, while thumb surgery is set to rule veteran goalkeeper Neil Sullivan out for the majority of the season.

Chris Brown is stepping up his rehabilitation and the striker is expected to return to training in two to three weeks after a lengthy struggle with knee and back problems.
