Rovers continue defender talks

Doncaster are still in talks with former Scotland star Steven Pressley but Tomi Ameobi has now signed for Rovers.

Pressley is on the look-out for a new club after being released by Celtic but he will not play against Morecambe tonight after getting a run-out against Scunthorpe at the weekend.

Assistant boss Richard O'Kelly told The Star: "He played well on Saturday. He was everything that people we spoke to about him said that he would be.

"He'll probably won't be playing tonight but we are still talking to him."

Striker Jason Price will also miss the trip to Christie Park as he nears a return to action.
