Stock struggling for QPR trip

DoncasterDoncaster midfielder Brian Stock faces a fitness test on his back injury ahead of the clash with QPR at Loftus Road.

Stock has needed anti-inflammatory injections in the two Championship games so far and was forced to sit out Wales' midweek defeat to Georgia at the Liberty Stadium.

Boss Sean O'Driscoll has hinted that the long drive to South Wales might not have helped the problem.

He told the Star: "It is an ongoing back problem which flares up every now and again - driving doesn't help.

"Brian wanted to go down to the Wales training camp after pulling out at the back end of last season. He felt all right after the game against Cardiff, but I think he struggled a bit after the drive down to South Wales."
