Craig Levein has warned any clubs interested in signing Morgaro Gomis that he wants to keep him at Dundee United.

The Terrors chief has spoken out following reports linking the 23-year-old to a Turkish club since the end of the SPL season.

However Levein insists no enquiries have been made for Gomis, who has two years left on his current United contract, and he would not welcome any.

"We've had no contact from this club and to be honest I've never heard of them," Levein told the Daily Record.

"My intention is to have Morgaro in our midfield next season, although I expect him to move to a big club one day."
