Northern Ireland goalkeeper Michael McGovern has left Dundee United to join Ross County in search of first-team football.
The 24-year-old leaves Tannadice after just 12 months, having arrived from Celtic hoping to replace Parkhead-bound Lukasz Zaluska but missing out on selection after being ousted by former Hearts custodian Steve Banks.
Ross County head coach Derek Adams told the official club website: "Michael is an excellent signing for us. He's a big lad and an excellent shot-stopper.
"The experience of training alongside the likes of Artur Boruc and Lukasz Zaluska, who are world-class keepers, is invaluable for someone so young."
