Jeremain Lens has announced his intention to quit PSV in the summer - and he hopes to sign off with another Eredivisie title win.

The Dutch winger joined PSV after winning the league with AZ Alkmaar in 2010 and has gone on to establish himself as a regular in the national team during his time at the Philips Stadion.

However, the 24-year-old believes now is the time to seek a fresh challenge - preferably abroad - and has told fans of the Eindhoven club that he hopes to become a title winner again before he leaves the country.

He told Elf Voetbal Magazine: "At the end of this season, I will be 25 and then a transfer must come. I would like to leave PSV with the title but if that does not happen it is still no reason to stay.

"At this point in my career I need to go for my career and personal development. I don't have a real preference for a particular league but in terms of playing style England and Germany would suit me."

PSV currently sit atop the Eredivisie table with a three-point advantage over FC Twente going into their home clash with third-placed Vitesse Arnhem on Sunday.
