PSV have reportedly slapped a £1.3m price tag on defender Stanislav Manolev with Fulham said to be interested in the player.

Cottagers boss Martin Jol is known to be in the market for a new stopper after selling Stephen Kelly to Reading and reports in the Dutch press claim that PSV's Bulgaria international is high on his wish-list.

The 27-year-old has fallen out of favour at the Philips Stadion this term but the Dutch giants have already rejected one bid from the west London outfit to take him on loan for the rest of the campaign.

PSV are reportedly only interested in selling the former Litex Lovech right-back on a permanent basis and will accept nothing less than the aforementioned figure if they are to part company with a man who has been at the club for nearly four years.
