New Everton loan signing Gerard Deulofeu insists he will use his experiences from Barcelona to help him progress in the Premier League.
Deulofeu has agreed a deal to spend the 2013-14 season on loan with the Goodison Park club as he looks to strengthen his game.
The 19-year-old struggled the establish himself as a regular at the Nou Camp but enjoyed a fruitful campaign with Barcelona B last term, scoring 18 times in 33 appearances in Segunda Division.
The Spain under-20 international believes that his experience of playing alongside Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta will help as he looks to adjust to the English game.
Deulofeu said: "I'm an attacking player and I can play wide. I'm quite quick, quite decent at one-on-one situations and I'm looking forward very much to helping the Everton team.
"Obviously training at Barcelona is a fantastic experience. You train alongside players like Lionel Messi and Andres Iniesta who are clearly some of the best players in the world. To learn from them is a very nice experience."
