Fellaini injury scare

Everton have had an injury scare after Marouane Fellaini pulled out of training with Belgium due to a hip injury.

Any injury to the vastly impressive midfielder is a worry for David Moyes - especially with the clash at Manchester United looming on Sunday.

He is now a doubt for Belgium's game with Slovakia on Wednesday night and Moyes will be keeping his fingers crossed that his country do not use him in that game, or if they do, then hopefully it will be sparingly.

Meanwhile, Republic of Ireland assistant boss Marco Tardelli believes that Everton midfielder Darron Gibson could be ready to resume his international career.

Gibson declared himself unavailable for the Irish after he was not used during the Euro 2012 finals last summer.
