Everton will be without Phil Jagielka for the home clash with Fulham on Saturday after he picked up an ankle injury.
The England centre-half missed the defeat at Sunderland last weekend after opening up an old ankle wound he originally suffered back in March and if he fails to make it then John Heitinga will deputise.
Full-back Tony Hibbert is pushing to start a game after making three appearances for the second string but the bench looks to be his best bet and David Moyes will be hoping that both Victor Anichebe and Darron Gibson will be fit.
The duo came off injured in last Saturday's loss to Sunderland and face late tests ahead of the game at Goodison Park.
If Anichebe isn't fit enough, Nikica Jelavic will start in attack whilst Ross Barkley could come in for Gibson if the Irishman does not make it.
