Moyes deal this week

David Moyes has again reiterated that he expects to sign his new contract at the club before the end of the week.

The speculation about Moyes' future at the club has been blamed by some for the team's rather poor start to the campaign and the boss was hopeful of putting pen to paper before the match with Newcastle on Sunday but time ran out.

He said at the weekend: "Hopefully it will be next week.

"We didn't quite get a chance to do it this week so I'm looking forward to doing it next week some time."
