Everton are being linked with a move for Israel international striker Toto Tamuz - who is also wanted by Juventus.The Beitar Jerusalem striker was the subject of a speculative £500,000 bid by Moyes back in March, when Middlesbrough were also interested, although that was outside the transfer window.
However, the Everton boss will have to increase his offer if he is to capture the signature of the pacy, powerful striker with Italian giants Juventus having now entered the running.
Tamuz played in Israel's 0-0 draw with England last year and, as an established international, would not have a problem in obtaining a work permit now.
