Everton are hoping to take advantage of the financial troubles at Sevilla and land star striker Alvaro Negredo according to reports.

The Spanish international has been linked with a move away from the struggling La Liga side and Everton have surprisingly been linked with the player.

Sevilla have priced him at £13m but they have financial troubles and Everton reportedly hope they can persuade the club to sell for considerably less.

Reports also claim that Marouane Fellaini could be sold, probably to Chelsea, to finance any move.

David Moyes has been left frustrated in the transfer window so far this month, and saw a move for FC Twente midfielder Leroy Fer collapse yesterday following a problem with his medical.
