Everton midfielder James Wallace looks set to stay at Tranmere for another month.

The 20-year-old has played four times since moving to Prenton Park on loan and started the 1-1 draw with Charlton.

Tranmere boss Les Parry said: "I've spoken to (Everton manager) David Moyes and he will be staying for another month.

"He's fitted in really well with John Welsh and Robbie Weir and each game they are working more as a unit and they are getting more and more impressive, so it's a massive boost."

The extension is expected to be tied up on Monday.
