Sercombe worry for Grecians

Liam Sercombe is a doubt for Exeter as they prepare to face Oldham.

Sercombe was withdrawn after 16 minutes of the Grecians' goalless draw against Hartlepool last time out with a hamstring injury and the midfielder is touch-and-go to make the clash with the Latics.

Otherwise, manager Paul Tisdale has a fully-fit and suspension-free squad at his disposal and he admitted his attacking options are leaving him with a welcome selection headache.

Daniel Nardiello, John O'Flynn and Richard Logan are all vying for starting berths, and Tisdale said he was spoilt for choice.

"Daniel looked brighter after half-time on Saturday and he is looking brighter with every game he plays," he told the Express & Echo. "John O'Flynn was probably the brightest of the front players and has made a claim for a shirt back in the side, no doubt."
