Exeter boss Paul Tisdale has not ruled out making an addition to his squad before the transfer window closes on Thursday night.

The City chief has signed Myles Anderson and Mark Molesley during the window but despite admitting he is preparing to start February with the same group of players, he would be tempted if an opportunity presents itself.

"I am always looking and I have always got an open mind to who might be available," he said. "We may end up selling someone and then I'll have to respond to it. So I will be as prepared as I can.

"I've never got a fund to go out and spend, it really has to be imperative if we are going to bring someone in.

"If I think we need someone then I will go and try and make it happen. Financially we would try to work it to make it happen.

"As it stands at the moment I am preparing not to, and to have that some group of players in situ for the rest of the season."

Having lost to Torquay in the televised Monday night clash the Grecians are back in action at St James Park on Saturday against Aldershot.
