Exeter boss Paul Tisdale admits an FA Cup run this season will be "difficult" after being drawn away at Peterborough.
The Grecians face a tricky trip to a side flying high in League One as they look to avoid another first-round exit having been knocked out by the likes of Stockport, Curzon Ashton and Bury in recent seasons.
"No draw is a bad draw until after the game is gone because we are capable of beating anybody, but you don't really get tougher than this one," he told the Express & Echo.
"It would have been good to have a home draw against a lower league team, but that is the way it is. We have to deal with it.
"It has been particularly sore subject this past few years, us not winning any of these FA Cup first-round ties. I was hoping to win a couple of games at least this season, but it is going to be difficult."
