Hornets close on defender deal

Watford defender Lloyd Doyley has revealed he has been offered a new contract and is keen to stay at Vicarage Road.

The Hornets Academy graduate is enjoying life under boss Brendan Rodgers and is happy to pledge his future to the club.

Doyley told the Hornets' website: "There are just a few little things to sort out, but hopefully I can sign it soon as I want to stay here at Watford."
