Jenson Button believes "everything is falling into place" for him to win his first-ever Formula One drivers' title.
The British driver, whose future in the sport appeared in doubt before the start of the new season, has won six out of the opening seven races and is targeting success on home soil in the British GP at Silverstone on Sunday week.
The 29-year-old's latest triumph came in Turkey last weekend and Button says he is living out his dream with the full support of his Brawn team-mates.
He sad: "I'm leading the championship by 26 points and every time I say that it puts a smile on my face.
"Everything is falling into place. We all want to win at Silverstone. We are doing well and other teams have been less consistent.
"To win six out of seven races is a great result. It's a team effort, it's like football. It is not just about the goalie, defender or an attacker. It's about everyone.
"I just want to win my first world championship. I am not thinking about how many times I can do it.
"It is unlikely I am going to win the next 11 races.
"If I don't win at Silverstone, I won't look back and be disappointed if I still win the title."
