Argentinian scotches Fulham talk

FulhamFulham have made no bid for Racing Santander midfielder Aldo Duscher, according to the player.

The Argentinian has been linked with a move away from the Spanish outfit this summer and the Cottagers had been mooted as a potential destination for the player. However, Duscher, who is infamous for breaking David Beckham's metatarsal ahead of the 2002 World Cup finals, insists there has been no offer and he is looking to move within the Spanish Primera Liga.

"I live with this uncertainty," he told El Diario Montanes.

"I came to the training camp knowing that the intention of the club is to sell me but, until they tell me that, I have to be prepared with the team to make things right.

"I have made clear recently that I'm very comfortable in Santander and also with the team. But if something good comes along to progress on both sporting and economic fronts, if it's good for the club, it will happen.

"I welcome what is good for Racing.

"My first choice is clearly Spain. I've been here a long time. My family has adjusted, although in the world of football you never know.

"Seville is a beautiful city and Sevilla are an important team but, until we reach any situation, I can't say anything.

"England? At no time has anybody told me that there is an English offer."
